Kikuchi+Kankel Design Group has continued to work on this project site for over a decade, as owner changes, lifestyles and needs have evolved. Bordered on three sides by Wunderlich County Park in San Mateo County, it was of utmost importance to meld the design character of this property’s landscape with the adjacent 940 acres of open space.  The result is a rustic yet refined property that gracefully integrates the house and yard with the adjacent oak woodlands and redwood forests.
